People are stupid, very stupid and not so stupid

The latest research by the World Wide Inteligence Institute based in New York, USA, has announced that most people in the world are stupid.
“We have initiated, managed and finalized one of the biggest research project in the history of science. Our goals were to understand how people, like us, think, what are their limits in understanding their surroundings, how they function as miniature parts of ever growing multimilion people cultures and societies etc… We wanted to see where is homo sapiens now and how far she/he can go. We are happy, or actually, not so happy to say that we had no choice but to classify people as stupid, very stupid or not so stupid - as the pie chart explains.” said the director of WWII research, Dr. Damian Lehrkopf.
After this announcement many organizations and individuals issued protests. Amongst most interesting were those of USA President George Bush who said: “Who the fuck are you calling stupid! You are stupid! Not me!”.
Many individuals have offered bribery in the form of sponsorship to WWII or directly to Dr. Lehrkopf, in hope that they are classified as not so stupid people.
After many attacks Dr. Lehrkopf has continued to firmly support his results.
However his wife has offered a different explanation: “He has been under a lot of stress lately and I know this sounds like every other excuse made by every other person that pisses the media audiences but its the truth. He was working very hard on this project and it was actually giong very well, he was very positive about the results, and than one day they got a new intern and Damian just did not like this guy. This guy was Indian and he constantly smelled of something funny and kept asking annoying questions. Over time Damian was so frustrated by this intern but was unable to resolve weather he should fire him or not. There seamed to be some strange enjoyment in his frustration that, frankly, worried me so much. Anyway, this is when the results started to take a different shape and focused more on stupidity of people.”
