In June 2009 Atlanta will host the first ever doping legal sports event - The Colosseum. For this festival athletes will be allowed to use any form of chemical or any other aids to improve performance and there will be no doping doping testing of any kind. It first started in Ste. Genevieve High School, Ste, Genevieve, MO, USA, as audience during high school track and field meets started to include several Chinese men with mobile phone cameras. At first this was not interesting for the school staff or the parents but as the Chinese mobile cameramen became a regular and more and more dominant presence it started to be obvious something was happening.
